Glen Weller serves as President of Pierce County Security, Inc. (PCS) for over forty years. Glen oversees all business administration of PCS. He serves as Vice-President of the Washington State Security Council (WSSC), and was instrumental in introducing laws which increase state required training for security officers state wide. Glen served on the Clover Park Technical College Advisory Board. The main focus of the advisory board was to provide professional feedback and evaluate the course outline.
Troy Weller serves as Vice-President of PCS. Troy joined PCS in 1978 and oversees all security operations of PCS Officers. This includes hiring, training and supervising security officers. Troy also served as chairman of the Clover Park Technical College Advisory Board, and is an active member of the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI). He is a Washington State Certified Security Officer Trainer. Troy is also certified through the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission (CJT) to train and certify armed security officers. He served as Chairman on a CJT Committee which updated the CJT Study Guide for Armed Private Security Officers.
